The Co-op funeral care services were very supportive and nothing was too much trouble for them to help me with . From beginning to end , I received an excellent level of care and empathy from all the staff especially Nathan , Yvette and Graham who was the funeral director on the day as Nathan was on leave on the funeral day. Everything was about caring for my needs and for the family. They made Duncan look lovely and smart as he would have wished to be. Totally happy with the service and the celebrant Christopher M Clay who did a wonderful job of Duncan's eulogy and service. Thank you all so much. Mrs Elaine Holmes (Duncan's wife) .

The service provided was excellent apart from at the very end when at the crematorium the requested screen photograph which was specifically chosen by the family was missing and initially the wrong music was played for the exit, hence the rating of very good and not excellent.

We could not have wished for a better celebration of Harry Allen's life. A wonderful service from beginning to end. The whole process was handled with care and compassion. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much effort. We would like to thank everyone who made this very sad time in our lives a little more bearable.

Everything regarding the funeral was excellent. The only issue was when my husband who had organised the funeral, was the main point of contact and Moyra,'s next of kin wasnt permitted to collected her belongings despite having proof of identification.

Ian explained everything to us and what would happen as the coroner was involved! He obviously had experience of how long these things take, this made things easier for us. On the day of the funeral Claire introduced herself and explained what would happen and were we happy with everything, she was very professional and caring too.

The Coop funeralcare staff were very polite and helpful. The whole funeral was sorted out quickly and carefully, despite having to wait for the coroner and they always asked made sure that everything was what I wanted.
