Can't praise Co-op Funeral Care enough. From our first meeting they accommodated our every request and helped make the day of the funeral much less of an ordeal than we could ever imagine. A special thank you must go to Alan and Hanna, who were very reassuring and comforting when offering advice and information. Thanks also to those present on the day, who again were very accommodating. Everyone concerned made the whole experience far less stressful for us, a huge thank you again to everyone concerned.

Very good service. Very happy to help and go the extra mile. I will recommend to others and indeed start our own funeral process. Celebrant was also excellent. Andy.

I was unsure who to use to deal with Peters funeral, someone had told me about a funeral that the co-op did. I went to ask about that particular funeral but found it did not fit my needs, however, they sat me down and talked me though the various options available. The funeral was going to be a low key one due to family circumstances and this was taken into consideration. As time went by I was able to contact some colleagues of my husband and at this point I decided to go ahead with a celebrant, Sam the person dealing with me contacted Anna who took the time to listen to what I had to say and dealt with this in a sympathetic manner. I was kept informed on a regular basis of what was happening. On the day the service was beautiful (if a funeral could ever be beautiful) it was delivered with empathy and at the small gathering I held following the funeral Just about everyone who attended said it was a beautiful service and how well it was delivered. I never felt pressurised, even at the end of the service I was given time to spend a few minutes with the coffin. I can't thank Sam, Anna and the team at the office enough for all the care they gave to both me and Peter. Thank you all.
