Reasonable service, lady in the parlour was very nice however didn't really like how the topic of the outstanding balance came up very quick and had to be paid pryor to the service being carried out. Is there no trust anymore.

Absolutely would recommend this company everything was perfect from start to finish nothing was a problem and at such a difficult time when it's hard to think of all the things that need to be done all the worry was taken away on the very first visit so a great big thanks to all the staff especially jean and Chris who really put us at ease

Jean, Andrew and drivers at Carluke Funeralcare were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. At such a sad time, they made it easy, always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was too much bother. Using a business such as Coop you would think it wouldn’t  have personal touches but I assure you with using family run funeral services in the past the Coop were fantastic and my dads service couldn’t have been any better, just the way it should have been, all about my dad. Thank you so much Jean, Andrew and team.
