Arlene was fabulous, very professional, and caring and helpful when organising the funeral.
On the day everyone was immaculately presented, very friendly, and put us at ease, explaining everything.
Would have no hesitation in using them again, though hopefully not for a long time!

Arlene handled my husbands funeral with respect and dignity,she was at the end of the phone any time I needed her. The funeral director handled the service on the  day with a quiet and caring dignity. Thankyou to all concerned for making a horrible day that bit more bareable.

It would be a good idea to lock your doors or get a receptionist when clients are upset and trying to arrange a funeral.

Could not have organised my wife’s funeral any better myself.  If she had been alive she would have been over the moon with how it had been arranged and carried out.  Everyone I have spoken to have commented on how professional it was.Special praise was given to Victoria who seemed to capture Margaret’s life perfectly.  Thanks for making a sad day really memorable.

My son Adam and I were delighted with the service from coop funeral parlour from start to finish .Each of the 3 ladies we dealt Julie Karen and and Mariskawith provided seemless compassionate  information and communication and the on the day of funeral staff were professional and all made the experience a little more bearable -Thankyou Sandra Galloway

Absolutely 11 out if 10! Karen, Julie and Mareska at the Troon Parlour couldn't have been kinder and were so patient and understanding. Thought the cost was very fair and reasonable

Julie and Karen were so helpful and made a very difficult situation easy to navigate. Their professionalism was second to none.
I had a call the day before the funeral from Craig who would be taking my loved one to the Crematorium. He was also very compassionate and professional and guided me through what would happen on the day. Everything went well without any hitches and the family were able to give my nephew a funeral with dignity. Thank you again to all who were involved.
