I just want to say a real heartfelt “thank you” to you all at Pitman’s for all you did in preparation and execution of my Mom’s funeral. I know that I also speak for my brother, Paul too. 
The process was made very easy for us in the arrangements, which was handled by Sam and Kayley. Sam went the extra mile in ensuring that our wishes and Mom’s wishes were carried out to the letter. Sam recommended both the celebrant Christine Ford and the funeral director Tim and we can’t have been more pleased. Both were lovely warm individuals who really looked after us. 
I know it was was an organisational nightmare to get the horses from Bristol and all the other pieces of the jigsaw; but it all fell into place, this was due to Sam’s determination in bringing it all together. This also included sourcing a lilac gown for our lovely Mom; one of her favourite colours. 
The flowers were absolutely stunning and a very fitting tribute to Mom who adored her garden. 
The order of service card was put together very thoughtfully and reflected our Mom’s love of all fluffy and cute animals. 
The “Much Loved” page that was set up for us raised over £300 and was so easy to administer. 
All in all, the day itself was incredibly hard and emotional for us but made so much better knowingly having the confidence that our Mom was in safe hands and we were too!

All the staff I met were very caring and supported me through this very traumatic time. The care they gave to my husband was beyond my expectations and nothing was to much and they genuinely care about the person, I found this very comforting and knew he was in good hands.
I would like to thank them for making this unbearable time a lot easier than I thought it would be, and a big thank you to the funeral bearers who supported the boys to carry their dad/uncle into the crematorium, that was very special.

Very efficient and carried out all phases of the process with understanding. I believe they understood the each individuals feelings and easily adapted to suit.
