Standard Simple Funeral

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Following the death of my wife they were very helpful in organising what had to be done, liaising with the church, crematorium and getting the order of service printed. Thus relieving myself and the rest of the family during this difficult time.
On the day of the funeral the pall bearers and leader were very helpful& and kind.

I cannot recommend the Bath team enough. Hollie will always hold a special place in our hearts, she was so genuinely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The way she cared for Milan and handled everything to do with him is more than we ever couldve hoped for.
Even to the day of the funeral, she was there with open arms ready to help with whatever we needed. In such a dark and uneasy time, she really gave us some light.

The whole process and the funeral day was made so easy by the very caring, proffesional team. Every thought and idea was catered for, many discussions around arrangements were supported and options explored, nothing was any trouble. Charlotte was my contact at the Co Op and she was incredibly helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt heard and supported throughout. I live some distance from Bath and everything had to be arranged on the phone and by email. The funeral was so well organised and the minister very caring. I would recommend using them to anyone.
