From start to finish we received excellent care from Coop Funeral Care Galashiels. They treated Alex well from picking him and getting him ready for us to go and see him too. Trish at Coop Funeral Care Galashiels, looked after us so well in all aspects of planning the funeral. Letting us know all of our options but never pushing anything on us at all. We had 3 weeks to wait for the funeral and Trish kept in touch with us every week running up to the funeral. On the day of the funeral, June and the team looked after us on the hardest day and helped us have the lovely send off we wanted for our husband/dad. Thank you. The Williamson Family

From start to finish of the service provided by Galashiels Co-operative Funeral Care, I received genuine and professional care, attention and understanding from both June and Trish, throughout. I was very well supported in arranging the funeral tailored to my late partner's wishes. They offered me guidance, advice and timely information. They genuinely took the time to ensure that not only were they professionally addressing the admin side of things, their personal and genuine touch before, during and after the funeral was very much appreciated. The service we received from Trish, June and staff was outstanding. They led us gently yet efficiently through the whole process, explaining everything fully allowing for a relatively stress free experience at such a sad time. They showed compassion and care and were totally accommodating to any requests we had. The funeral ran seamlessly and we cannot thank them enough.
