All members of staff showed such kindness and understanding. They made the process of arranging the funeral incredibly easy and acted with such dignity and respect on the day of the funeral. I will be forever grateful for their service as they helped to provide a perfect send-off for Dad.

From the very first phone call every thing was perfect, the ladies at Pontypridd were top great thanks to Donna for conducting the funeral and all the team in the offices nothing was to much trouble for them (even though i don't thinks it was the easiest funeral to perform) they were so polite and curtious just wish there were more like them in this world. Many thank's from all the family. John and Sheila
