From the first time I walked into Ferndale Funeralcare the service was excellent. Staff were really helpful, professional and friendly and did everything to ensure that the whole process worked to my needs. Information provided was timely and if something was not totally clear, there was always someone at the end of the phone to help. Donna, the Funeral Director, kept in touch throughout and on the day of the funeral made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you all.

As a family we were so impressed with the care compassion and professionalism of everyone at  Ferndale Funeral Care.
Nothing was too much trouble for Nicola in ensuring that we had exactly what we wanted as we laid our beloved father to rest. She also took great care in getting to know exactly who Dad was and the sort of person he was. This was a great help at this time for my sister and myself.

On the day of Dad’s funeral, Donna took great care of us all, again nothing was too much trouble.
We greatly appreciated the patience and kindness of our drivers as well.
