Gary was friendly & helpful. He put my mind at ease going through everything. He helped me with music & hymns for funeral. Gary contacted local minister for me & was over the moon with Rev Fletcher.

Gary was extremely helpful and kept us updated at every step of the way - ensuring we were comfortable and confident in the service provided. Gary has a lovely manner and put us at ease. Professional, empathetic and efficient.

My constructive critique would be Alan singing in the corridor on both occasions we were in was in my opinion wholly inappropriate given the circumstances and more umbrellas on the day would be helpful for the Scottish weather.

Received a professional, first class service from beginning to end. We had lots of communication along the way as the staff checked with us, making sure we were OK and offering any assistance we my have needed.

Queries were answered and idea’s provided. The attention to detail and care provider by the staff was exceptional, allowing me to make last minute changes, to match requirements.
