I want to thank Laura and AW Lymn for the help and support they provided to the family at this difficult time.

Laura was very helpful throughout all stages of the arrangements and she has to be commended for this. She answered any questions or concerns we had, which meant there was nothing for the family to worry about.

On the day of the funeral everything we ask for we got, from the horse and carriage to the releasing of the doves. We were able to give mum the send off we could be proud of.

Minor observation, there was no-one to support the playing of the music. We had to get one of the congregation to perform that activity. Just something to be aware of, nothing to detract from the overall quality of the service from Lymn.

Once again wde all want to thank Laura in particular but AW Lymn for the service provided.

My fathers funeral was everything we could have wanted as a family and more, obviously because of the latest virus issues, there were restrictions and some things were not possible to arrange but i couldn't have wished for a better send off for my dad and it was all made possible thanks to Laura Beard, Laura gave Excellent customer service, she was compassionate, patient,caring , she was just the person we needed at such an awful time. Everything that could be done , she did, Laura is a credit to the Lymns family business. Thank you to all the staff that helped from the removal to the burial, our family are forever greatful

Laura at A.W. Lymn Aspley dealt with all the arrangements for my mothers funeral in a professional, yet personal and touching manner. Within the first meeting she covered everything in a way that was sympathetic and compassionate to our fresh grief. At a time where decision making can be very difficult for a bereaved family, she helped in making those decisions without any pressure at all.  We were given a folio at the meeting with all the relevant paperwork and clear explanations on what we needed to do, particularly with registering the death, and she highlighted clearly all the outstanding bits we needed to do i.e. flowers, choosing music, photos for the Order of Service. Laura kept in touch along the way and everything was just perfect on the day.  
The cortege was outstanding, as were the funeral staff on the day of the funeral, very professional.  They directed us every step of the way and showed great compassion with my father having dementia and being very confused.  Everything was done very smoothly with no rush.  
Thank you to all at Lymns, an outstanding service and would thoroughly recommend.

Laura, Nigel and the whole team were kind, considerate and totally professional in the way the conducted Auntie Dot's funeral. They made what could have been a sad and tense experience into a celebration of her long life. They were especially kind and caring towards my Mum, who is very frail.

From the collection of the body from the house, through to transporting the family to the reception, the care and consideration we received from Lymns was excellent.
Every aspect of the funeral was explained to us and all communication was conducted in a friendly and respectful way.

My mother who lived in a nursing home in Nottingham passed away recently at 100years old 
I am her only child and there are no close relatives in England
I live in Washington State USA.
This could have presented major problems with funeral arrangements. But not so !!
Lymn’s  were outstanding in dealing with my mother’s funeral arrangements.
From picking up my mother to arranging the funeral , providing flowers and a wonderful Vicar for the funeral service they were incredible.
Great organization
Very Compassionate
Reduced stress on my end to a minimum
Took care of all details.
Lovely dignified service.
Cannot speak too highly of Lymn’s and their staff.

At a very sad time for me and my family with the loss of my wife Dawn
We went to lymns at nuthall road where from start to finish where we was in contact with a lovely lady Laura who helped us though a very difficult time ( Laura was marvellous) to all the family, on the day of the funeral nigel directed the proceedings where I thought that all the staff was very professional and went out of there way make sure that we were all ok and the day went as smoothly as possible.
So I would like to say to all concerned a very big thank you.
