Kelly, Andy and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole process could not have been any more straightforward, compassionate and accommodating. The service for our dad was incredibly heartfelt and we are extremely grateful for their support during a very difficult time. Thank you so much!

This is the 1st time I have used just cremation with Ashes to collect at the funeral parlour.
It was very well organised and reduced the stress.

Whilst I have marked the experience average this has no reflection to the outstanding service received from Chris Phillips. He is an asset to your company. He shows compassion and cares about his role and customers. However I am going to have to say all other employees of the coop funeral care that we met did not share Chris’s customer care. One lady that was from the cramlington branch was so rude and abrupt. Another employee of the coop was also very matter of fact and didn’t show any compassion. She was training another lady and didn’t even mention this to us. I think you would agree that visiting a deceased family member requires dignity and compassion by the coop staff. Myself and my daughter both said that the experience was more like buying something in a shop. Whilst Chris is an asset to your company and the others could actually learn from him I don’t think we would use the coop again. You have totally lost your personal care and compassion that you once had

Excellent caring compassionate service in all areas, from Chris and the team.Nothing was a problem and they guided us through the whole process ,taking away some of the stress .The whole team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend using their services.

Excellent doesn’t even do our experience justice. From the first phone call to the actual funeral it was an absolute pleasure. Chris was incredibly professional, compassionate, caring and a literal dream to work with. Nothing was a bother, he checked in regularly and was a true gent throughout. The humanist (Dale Cox) was recommended by Chris and when she came to our house to discuss my nan we just clicked instantly and she was like a literal angel in human form, I will continue to recommend her to anyone in need. Chris just got it so right! The funeral itself was absolutely beautiful and my nan would have loved Chris, I can hear her voice in my head now saying how handsome he is 😁🙈. I cannot fault any part of this experience. Thank you so much co op Blyth it was perfect. ❤️ much love from the Mcpeake’s xxxx
