Linda was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t fault her at all. She made planning this heartbreaking funeral that bit easier with her, friendly, kind and caring manner. On the day of the funeral she was professional, supportive and helped me get through this very sad day. I would highly recommended Linda. Becky the lady on reception was also amazing, very kind and nothing was a bother for her. They allowed me to spend precious hours with my Mam when she came into their care. I can’t thank them enough.

Full caring performance from all the Coop Funeral staff at Bedlington in the initial contact, through the full cremation through to collecting the ash’s today. Excellent!

The staff at Bedlington Funeral Care were outstanding in their efficiency and care when arranging my mother's funeral on 10th June. I cannot praise them enough for their compassion and empathy throughout the process and after.
However I would like to state that the Co-op Funeral out of hours service which is based in Manchester is appalling. There is no personal touch, as the people you are speaking to are in another part of the country and this is not what you need when someone you love has just died, and subsequently the Bedlington funeral home did not receive the communication to collect my mother until many hours
later. Very distressing.

At a difficult time Becki was kind, considerate and compassionate.  Talked me through the options and was none judgemental.  Whilst I would prefer not have to arrange another funeral for a while I cannot recommend Bedlington Funeralcare enough.

The staff at Bedlington funeral care have shown empathy and been very supportive at this very difficult time.
Reception staff have been very helpful and answered any queries promptly .
Our funeral director Linda has been amazing,keeping us updated every step of the way ,explaining what will happen and checking we were ok too .
On the day of the funeral I could not have expected more ,everything went smoothly , very professional staff who showed respect for my mother .
We were given time to greet people paying their respects and to look at flowers .
What has been a difficult time has been made so much more easier due to knowing my mothers care was in good hands,staff spoke to her as if she were still there and I found that very comforting and very respectful of her and that her family were actively involved in the planning of her funeral with the support of the funeral care team .

Cannot fault the excellent personal and friendly service I received from Kelly.  Always there to please and giving support if needed.  Everything from start to finish went like a dream.
