We were brilliantly looked after from the start. After I made the initial phone call regarding mums pre paid funeral plan we were put in touch with a funeral director, Mike. He made a lot of suggestions which were very helpful but let us tailor mums funeral in a way which made it more personal to us. Mike phoned every couple of days between mum dying and the funeral almost three weeks later. He always wanted to check I was ok, helped me liaise with the church and the ministers at the two services and his attention to every small detail was amazing.
The girls in the office were also fantastic, so understanding and compassionate. They gave us time to talk and once mum was in their chapel of rest they were so understanding when we visited mam.
We all felt mum was treated with dignity and respect and felt very supported by the  entire team.
We will always be grateful for the fantastic service we were given and the efficiency and patience of all the staff when we made changes to some of the funeral plans.
We can’t thank you enough for supporting us during a horrendous time and making the pressure of arranging a funeral much less stressful.

From my first contact with the staff till the last I was treated with respect, empathy and understanding.
I was able to have the funeral I wanted for my Mam because of the support of the staff which gave me and my family great comfort at a very sad time.

Professional service beautifully executed. The staff were helpful, kind and very tactful at an exceedingly stressful time. Caroline and Anne Marie were both amazing, the arrangements we made together were all carried out perfectly. They cared for Mam and they cared for us including phone calls just to ask how we are doing, a chat always makes you feel better. I couldn't thank the ladies in reception from the first day to the last, they were amazing and helped me all the way, the funeral was explained to us from the moment the cars came to the house to the moment we were bought back home. Myself and my family are totally grateful for the sincere and genuine help from day one. The staff are absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more professional and personal send off for our mum and Nana.
