Lucy and the team at Fielders have been a fantastic support, we didn't really know what we were doing when we lost my mum but Lucy explained everything and made the saddest day the best it could have possibly been. The drivers of the cars were kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend this company for a 5 star service.

Keith looked after us very well during the planning and no suggestion was a problem.He dealt with the organisation extremely efficiently, giving us exactly what my husband wanted.
He was calm, measured and patient throughout all stages.

Lucy lead the funeral cortège and she was calm and gave me assurance during a very emotional day. Everything ran smoothly throughout and I would definitely recommend them.

Keith did everything he could to guide us through the days following my dearest husbands passing.  He’s always made us comfortable if we changed our minds about different things. 
Bernie’s brothers said he looked very peaceful and dapper in the DJ. 
My Son Paul and Daughter Clare andGrandchildren Lily and Archie felt special when speaking to Keith. 
The funeral was the very best he could have had, during this COVID.

The pallbearers came into church and stood facing the congregation. 
before the service was over.  This was not only distracting but also
very disturbing as they stood threateningly over the coffin. Not very
professional at all.   For this reason I could not recommend Fielders
of Easingwold.

We felt that we expected Clive to be carried into the church rather than dragged on the trolley, Coming out of the church it was very clunky him being on the trolley and although we know he is deceased it was saddening to see him up and down the steps and through the rear entrance.At the grave side the coffin was placed straight into the ground before all the family had fully gathered around and were not able to pay their final respects as he was lowered down, although we are fully aware of the |Covid restrictions and adverse weather conditions, there is only one chance to say goodbye, we felt that it was very rushed and disjointed in places.

In these very difficult times we received excellent service from Lucy and the staff at 'Fielders'. Arrangements inevitably changed with the Government restrictions, but, each time these affected our planning, Lucy contacted us, explained the rationale and offered the best alternatives. This was most notably the numbers allowed.

At the funeral, Lucy attended, and ensured all of the planned arrangements happened as well as paying attention to our welfare. We would certainly recommend Fielders and are most grateful for the attention to detail and service we received.

Cannot thank Chris and team enough. Very helpful advise when dealing with repatriation and insurance. The team were kind, considerate, dignified  and thoughtful every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were there for us anytime we needed anything.  A fifth generation  family business with abundance of empathy. Cannot thank them enough.
