Losing a child must be one of the worst experiences a parent can encounter. We didn’t know where to begin so we contacted Falsgrave Funeral Services. From that call, Paul, Kirstie and Stephen helped and guided us through the most traumatic period of our lives. Not only was their help invaluable, they provided a truly magnificent, dignified and fitting service on the day of the funeral. The team provides a variety of funeral transport options, including a fleet of luxury vehicles for a smooth and quiet journey, horse-drawn carriages with black or white horses, motorcycle hearses, and other alternative vehicles to suit your wishes. Falsgrave Funeral Services also has a peaceful private chapel of rest where you can say your final goodbye in comfort and privacy. If you’d prefer to make arrangements from your own home, they’re more than happy to accommodate this too.

    When my lovely Dad passed away I was responsible for arranging the funeral having never had to do it before. Paul and the team made the process so easy from start to end.  Paul’s approach helped us all, especially my Mum.     The professionalism, respect and kindness that Falsgrave Funeral Services showed to my family was exemplary. The business is, in my humble opinion, the best service out there.
    From coming to the house and sitting with my mum and dad and discussing a Funeral Plan to opening the door of the limo when we arrived at the Funeral Lunch - Paul McNally (and his team) was there for my family.

    In a time of profound loss, the compassionate team at Falsgrave Funeral Service provided exceptional care and support.

    Their professionalism and attention to detail eased the burden of making arrangements, allowing our
    family to focus on grieving.

    From the initial consultation to the final farewell, their empathy and understanding were evident. They patiently guided us through the process, ensuring every detail was handled with sensitivity and respect.

    The comforting discussion provided a peaceful space for us to be involved but not overwhelmed. We were very much equipped to say our goodbyes. Their staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, making a difficult time a little easier to bear.

    I highly recommend Paul and the team to anyone seeking compassionate and professional end-of-life care. It comes to us all, but few of us are ready to handle the death of a loved one.
