Many thanks to Andrew Bowness for his care, kindness and attention to detail in arranging the funeral of my great friend, Kathleen Auty. From previous involvement with Emmott and Bradley and Jacksons of Silsden, I expected the best - and I certainly got it. The way Andrew conducted himself was totally professional and made the experience of arranging a funeral so much easier than it might have been. So, many thanks to Andrew and all those who work with him.

When the loss of a loved one happens in our case my Dad, it is a very difficult time there’s so much to do people to talk to, paperwork to sort through to arrange a funeral is a daunting task when your head is not in the right space to pay attention to detail, that’s where the funeral directors come into their own they made everything so easy and smooth, they helped and guided us no pressure to do anything we didn’t want or need and the funeral was just right, an excellent service given. Thank you

They delivered everything I ask for and gave me all the information and paper work needed to cross boarders with my fathers ashes.
A friend of mine told me to use them as they did an amazing job for him, he was right. The care and communication with me and my wife was perfect and the relationship all but brief has made this very big day all that much easier to handle.

Robert , from Emmott and Bradley Funeral Services , provided an excellent service in respect of organising my mum’s funeral recently. He was caring , flexible and professional , with nothing being too much trouble. He was able to facilitate the playing of a recording at mum’s service which my daughter had made on her phone, such that it sounded very professional. 
The celebrant, whom Robert recommended was also excellent.
He accepted last minute changes which we wanted in the Order of Service booklet and we were all very pleased with the finished result.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these providers.

Overall really good service. Robert is great and very practical. Only slight concern was the funeral car. It was a hot day and the air con was not reaching us in the back. The driver couldn’t hear us and he couldn’t seem to get the windows to open. It’s a minor point of improvement for the company though, not a massive issue. The service they provided was other wise excellent.

A most excellent service from start to finish. Very compassionate and understanding of our (constantly changing) needs and happy to accommodate everything we asked for.
Very informative of what would happen on the day and what we needed to do in advance.
The whole day went very smoothly because of this.
Nothing was too much to ask for.
