I can’t say enough about the wonderful service we received for the funeral of my Dad. Karen in the office was absolutely fantastic and so lovely to talk to on the phone. From the undertaker collecting my Nana from the care home, right up until the day of the funeral, the service we received was impeccable. Nanette was so patient and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. We were looked after so well from the start to the end and I would like to thank each and every staff member for the professional service we received. Yous know your job inside and out.

Everything we asked for was done without fuss, with mum totally put at ease by Nanette during our initial chat and thereafter. 
Great communication from the CoOp, Nanette at Kilbirnie and Ian at Ardrossan. 
Cars spotless and the staff changed ties from black to “club” at our request. 
If I die tomorrow, hope mum uses them for me.

From the very first minute of contact with Nanette Barnes, I knew that she totally understood my wishes and grief at such a traumatic time. Offering ongoing support if I needed it throughout and beyond. I cannot recommend Kilbirnie Funeral Care more. They were, and are excellent, Nanette Barnes in particular.

A first class service from Nanette Barnes at Co Op funeral parlour in Kilbirnie. Nanette was so kind and professional when we called and she kept us updated right throughout the process, which was a great help to us as a family. Can't thank you enough Nanette and Ian Conway, funeral director. Special thanks to Maria at Irvine hub who looked after Mum when she went into their care.
