From the moment we spoke with Ali and the team at Rosedale in Wymondham we were put at ease.

In what was the hardest time of our lives, they made us feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. No question was to much trouble and everything was handled with the up most respect.

They looked after our loved one like one of their own family and made it very easy for us to give the best send of possible.

The after care that is offered is also exceptional.

Rosedale really do care and go above and beyond to make the hardest of times that little bit easier.

Very empathetic, respectful  and professional staff. Rosedale staff listened to our needs, provided excellent guidance on the process, and  worked closely with our family to construct a perfect, tailored send-off for my Father.  I’d strongly recommend their service.

Rhys, Ali & Staff at Rosedale Wymondham provided an extremely helpful, understanding and friendly service keeping us up to date at every step. Even to providing a motorcycle hearse as my husband had always said he would like one as he was a lifelong motorcyclist. Many thanks also to Beverley for her time spent with us and her outstandingly accurate picture of his life. They all made a difficult time easier to bear.

From beginning to end the service offered was remarkable. This enabled me to focus on other issues with the assurance that assistance was always on hand if I had any misgivings about the processes. Yes I had some anxious moments, though thankfully they were of my own making. I received good reports from people who supported me throughout.

Rosedale made a very difficult time for my family and myself much easier to bear. Their empathy and quiet efficiency helped me in countless ways. Nothing was too much trouble and they offered sound advice. They accepted without question that we wanted a non-religious service to be conducted wholly by the family.

My special thanks to Ali, Rhyss and Beverley, whom I have come to know much better along with Sarah at the excellent Bereavement Course which I have just finished attending.
