Everything about Rosedale was excellent...from start to the finish.
Paul, Ken's son-in-law & celebrant, was really impressed by Keith phoning him the night before. Paul has taken a lot of funeral services over the years & was NEVER contacted by the funeral director the night before. We would whole-heartedly recommend Rosedale...BRILLIANT!

All the oeople at Rosedale are wonderful - Michelle  made us feel so comfortable and did her upmost to accommodate all our wishes.  She steered us through the process with kindness and calm professionalism.

The  viewing of my husband was so well prepared; (thanks so much to the  lovely gentleman responsible for getting him ready). You made it a very special time for me and my son.  

On the day, the thoughtful respect  and professionalism of the Funeral Director and team was second to none.  We felt in such safe and capable hands.  And they were so smart! 

The transition between staff with different roles (so you know what to expect ) and the aftercare were also  top notch. I would highly recommend  this funeral home to others.

We recently used Rosedale Funeral Home for my Mum’s cremation and I cannot fault the service we received. They were extremely easy to deal with, efficient, and everything was carried out exactly according to our wishes. What stood out most was how kind and approachable they were throughout – it made a very difficult time much easier to manage. Unlike our previous experience elsewhere, where we felt overwhelmed with endless questions, here the communication was clear and supportive without ever feeling intrusive. I am truly grateful for the care and professionalism shown.

Rosedale service has been wonderful. Amy who we first met when we walked in to start arrangements was so kind and considerate. The whole experience made us feel so at ease and that Rosedale would do all they could to ensure our mums wishes were met. It was a beautiful send off for our mum and the whole family are grateful to all the Rosedale team for their care and compassion at such w difficult time.

The care and compassion that you all have shown us during this difficult time are beyond words. Although it is nearly impossible to fully express how my family feels, I will do my best to convey our heartfelt gratitude.

From the very first meeting, Rhys, your kindness and understanding in light of the tragic circumstances surrounding my father's passing were truly remarkable. Your empathy made an incredibly tough situation a little easier to bear.

On the day of the funeral, the respect that Keith and his team demonstrated towards my father was nothing short of outstanding. The dignity and respect with which everything was handled did not go unnoticed, and it brought us much comfort during such a sad time.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your unwavering support and the exemplary service you provided. Your kindness and professionalism will forever be remembered.

. 
I have had the unfortunate experience to use Rosedale Funeral Home twice in 2 years. The service has been excellent in both cases. The care they took of me and  all details I requested were carried out so well.

We were very impressed using Rosedale to help arrange our dad's funeral at such short notice and they did a wonderful job. Emma was so personable and took time to listen to our requests for our dad and she made the whole process so smooth and really easy to deal with. She kept in communication constantly and we would like to thank her and the team for giving our dad such a good send off.
