I cannot rate Mark Pask Funeral Director, Lorraine Pett and Clover Mann and colleagues highly enough. From the time Bartrams took over there was not one minute of concern. Living in the West of Scotland and my Uncle Llewellyn being in Norfolk Mark took care of absolutely everything. There was first class communication and suggesting things we hadn't even given consideration to then dealing with it along with all the organising of the funeral in a professional and compassionate manner. If you want a funeral without any cares at a sensitive time R J Bartram and Son cannot be improved upon and comes with first class recommendation from us.

Fortunately we don't often use such services, so hard to judge.

We only found out about webcast and display of pictures at crematorium by accident, these were both useful and it would have been useful to have some written information about them at our initial interview.

Julie the celebrant was a delight to work with under the circumstances, she put us at ease, knew what was needed and had plenty of examples. Our only disappointment was the candle on the day - we had expected more than a night light - many people couldn't really see this.

As I had Covid at the start of my dealings with Bartrums, I had to leave most of the arranging to Mark & staff. They managed very well and we were happy with the arrangements.

I can not praise highly enough the excellent  care given to my dear father who passed away on 11/06/2022  on my birthday which somehow I’m ok with . First class service from start to finish and always kept me informed . Bartrams have dealt with all my family going back to 1978 and I strongly recommend their services.
