Excellent in all ways except one big one . Dorothy paid for a funeral plan in 2013 with a company no longer in existence the day after her death I tried calling it and got the run around untill I researched Google to find a clue that coop had acquired it and so I rang coop funeral head office number twice but both times received very poor unhelpful and almost a rude dismissal from the operator never having heard of the company that her plan was made with etc etc this was on 15th November 22 the last gentleman ended up putting the phone down I then decided to try the holt funeral care office when I got your very helpful and apologetic reply but I did express my shock to them so this might have already been followed up the first two calls to coop main number need to receive discipline and proper guidance or dismissing to be honest I would be unable to recommend coop because if that even though holt funeral care ltd and Sophie and Tracy and their team were fantastic. I’d appreciate a call to explain why coops first responders were so poor not an apology so much as an explanation

The day was lovely . The couple of things that weren’t so good we’re that we had to keep chasing for someone to do the service, and the forget me not seeds had wrong date of death on the draft copy which I had to point out .
