Karen at Rosedale was incredibly helpful after my husband passed away. I had no idea where to start arranging his funeral. From coming to see me at my home, when when I didn't feel up to even stepping outside my door, she was there to provide advice on every aspect of how to go about it. I am so thankful to have chosen Rosedale, I was helped through the whole process, she was so easy to talk to, so much so that she ended up feeling like a friend. Thank you for the wonderful service you provided to myself and my family.

From our first visit Fiona was excellent arranging everything for us. And on the Day Keith was brilliant taking care of everything. My family have alway used Rosedale but this was the first cremation we have had with them. And we cannot fault thing.

The  day was perfect , exactly as my mother would have wanted . All the staff but especially Karen , Fiona and Christian  were so helpful  and made everything in the planning easy. They were so understanding at a difficult time for me and always there at the end of the phone to discuss arrangements . I was so re assured that mother was looked after by RosedaleÂ

Donna and her team were recommended to us by our local vicar. Since the first moment of contact they have been outstanding. Caring, considerate, attentive and my greatest praise goes to the way they have treated my dad. He will not have anything other than high praise said about Rosedale. At every stage of the painful process of laying my mum to rest they were magnificent. And the price was stupidly reasonable. They took care of everything - we did not have to worry about a thing and throughout they have looked after my dad as if he was a member of their own family.
