Rhys from Diss office who assisted with ashes i could not have asked for anyone nicer on the day he made everything perfect such a lovely young man.

I cannot fault the service we received at Rosedale, from our first meeting with Kerry, to our experience with Richard on the actual day of the funeral.

From the moment I rang for an appointment and subsequently entered the room at Harleston I felt I was being dealt with kindly. My mother was 101 years old but her passing was still an emotional shock. I then arranged for a funeral arrangement meeting with Rosedale including my brothers. This went well and all was arranged with Rosedale representatives offering support and opinions to help our decisions. My family was more than happy with the overall service.

Fiona was very efficient but extremely sympathetic and understanding when I cried. There was a good range of caskets to choose from; my husband who died had always insisted on not 'wasting ' good wood. The casket was beautiful looked like the real thing. The memorial cards with seeds were well liked and appreciated by family members and close friends. The funeral director was very kind and supportive throughout the service. A n excellent service.
