I cannot fault the support and service received during our time of loss. They took so much pressure away from us, knowing we were all going through a difficult time and most probably not thinking straight.

A.J. Coggles were amazing. Nikki and Kim from the Downham branch were fantastic.
It was a really hard time of my life but they were sensitive to my needs and wants. 
Within reason I was able to be involved with my sons care as much as I wanted, this really helped me deal with losing him. 
Nothing was too much trouble. 
Hopefully I won’t be using them for a while but if needed I will be and would 1000% recommend them. 
Well done to the whole team, you aced my sons final day.

From our very first meeting with Kim everything was superb. Kim told us what we needed to know & what services they provided. We were kept informed at all times & updated when necessary. She suggested Helen Drake as the celebrant who again was wonderful. The day before the funeral were informed that Steve would be looking after us on the day, again couldn't have wished for better service. We would recommend Coggles 100%.
