Anna was very helpful, professional and patient when dealing with us. She thought of small details that we would not have thought of. We arranged my Mum's funeral in Attleborough whilst living 1.5 hours away. Without Anna I do not think we could have managed. What more can i say but everything was perfect from start to finish, for my beloved dad. 
Highly recommend Rosedale in Attleborough. Anna and her team went above and beyond to ensure my dad had the send of that the family wished him to have. We have used Rosedale for 3 family funerals/cremations in the last few years, most recently in October. In each case Anna and the rest of the staff were sympathetic, kind and excellent in their roles. Everything is made clear during meetings, you can have as simple or as elaborate a service as you wish and there is no hard sell. From collection of the body through to the day itself, in each case, everything went as planned with no slip ups, everything we asked for was done, and handled respectfully at all times. We would recommend Rosedale wholeheartedly without hesitation.

From my first call to Rhys asking him to collect our loved one, to collecting the ashes, I cannot speak too highly of the service we received. This was a difficult situation because I live at least a 3 hours drive from my late sister and don't know the local area.

Anna at Rosedale was wonderful - empathetic and professional. She guided me through the process, listened to what I wanted, and delivered, even down to the pallbearers wearing colourful ties.

Anna was also able to suggest a venue for the wake, which was also perfect.

I’ve never had to arrange a funeral before but I felt safe knowing that Dad was being looked after and that the well-practised machine at Rosedale swung into action to get my family and I through it. Everyone was lovely and helpful. The awful task of guiding a grieving and stressed family though the process and paperwork was handled well and the family agreed that Dad would have enjoyed the day if he’d been there and approved of the arrangements that Rosedale helped us make.

Very personable - it made dealing with such a sad event so much easier. Before engaging the services of Rosedale I made enquiries with a number of other funeral directors but with those others the responses felt scripted and impersonal - not so with Rosedale - I had a long chat with Rhys and I felt he really listened and was genuine. Anna too was very helpful and friendly. The funeral was beautiful. Thank you.
