Very personable - it made dealing with such a sad event so much easier. Before engaging the services of Rosedale I made enquiries with a number of other funeral directors but with those others the responses felt scripted and impersonal - not so with Rosedale - I had a long chat with Rhys and I felt he really listened and was genuine. Anna too was very helpful and friendly. The funeral was beautiful. Thank you.

Rosedale funeral services took care of my brothers funeral.recently .I found them to be a very personal funeral service not just a on the the business front of services. They premises are very intimate and didn't feel cooperated which I liked very much .my brothers funeral was exactly how I wanted ! Anna's personal interactions with me was very professional. I recommend a family business that's ran with care and compassion towards the family of the deceased .more than just a business aspect ! Their services was just what I wanted .

We cannot thank the team at Rosedale in Attleborough enough for all their help over the last few months leading up to Basil's funeral. Special thanks to Anna for all your help and advice, which has been greatly appreciated.
Also to Paul on the day, many thanks for your kind reassurance and help, on what was always going to be a hard day for us all. Thank you also to our driver for the friendly chat on the way back.

Rosedale were recommended to us by a close friend. We made contact & spoke with Anna, who was extremely helpful! We subsequently met with Anna after my Father passed away. Anna explained everything in a very professional manner but with considerable empathy. We used a different Funeral director when my Mother passed away, Rosedale however have been so much better! Paul and the team on the day of the funeral were outstanding in the way the little things were considered. Cannot fault the service and attention to detail at such a sensitive time!
