From the moment I contacted Rosedale to arrange collection of my dear Mother-in-Law I knew that the service was going to be exceptional. The kindness and professionalism of the team from that moment up to the point of her cremation was exemplary.

Professional attitude at every point. From start till finish. They gave our late mother the best send off we as a family could of asked. They guided us through the process and couldn't do enough for us. Rosedales Team from first contact to the end where amazing. Rosedale's looked after my Dad when he passed away eight years ago, and made a great job of everything then, so we naturally wanted to engage them again when Mum passed away recently. From the outset Rosedale, and all of their staff, were absolutely brilliant. Anna took care of us beautifully and guided us through what could be a difficult time, with care, compassion and utmost professionalism, letting us know what our options were, helping us with selecting the right choices and keeping us updated at every stage. Mum's funeral went off extremely well and was exactly what she would have wanted. I can't praise Anna and the team highly enough, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services. Many thanks and much love to you all.

Anne & Reese at the Attleborough branch made the whole process very easy.
The funeral at Breakland crematorium was just what Jeanette wanted.
The celebrant Beverley Bulmer who Anne recommended gave a lovely service.
Anne also recommended Francesca Goodman for the floral display for the coffin,
they were beautiful.

From our initial meeting through to final payment I received an excellent service from Rosedale. They kept me informed all the way through, checking how i would like things done to make the service how i wanted it. On the day they were very supportive and stayed until they were assured they had done everything they could. This is the third family member they have buried and on every occasion they have been brilliant. Should I have the need to use them again in the future I will not hesitate.

Rhys at Rosedale dealt with my mother’s funeral last year, and my father’s funeral this year. He was easy to talk to, compassionate and helpful. Anna also deserves a mention - helpful, efficient and again, very easy to talk to. Funerals are never going to be easy, but Rhys & Anna took the pressure off and gave each of my parents the best send off. I was able to grieve without feeling I had to oversee everything too. 
I can’t recommend Rosedale highly enough - they were brilliant.
