From the moment we met Kayee at the Funeral parlour in Teddington we felt at ease . Her kindness understanding knowledge and empathy were second to none. She was consistantly helpful and reliable. We felt in safe hands knowing she would help and made the whole process of organising my husbands funeral as stress free as possible. She kept us informed at every stage, going above and beyond at times. The whole process was seemless. Thank you Kaylee for all you did to make this very sad day a great success. My husband had the brilliant send off he deserved thanks to you.

It was a good process, working with the funeral arranger initially over the phone, then a meeting at the funeral home, then making arrangements with the celebrant and funeral director to deliver the service on the day. Altogether a structured process to guide through an otherwise stressful event.

The care and attention which I got from Teddington Funeral Care was brilliant. Everything was done with sympathy and understanding. Because of my somewhat distraught state in the wake of my sister's death I was below par in my grip of the situation but I was given time to consider if the choices I was making were what I really wanted and to change my answers or confirm them as the case might be. As a result on the day the funeral was conducted perfectly with no distraction from the natural bereavement grief of myself and our family.

Even though our mum requested a direct cremation, the personal touches that were included such as the 'About Me' section made us feel valued and cared for and showed a lovely respect for our late mum. Thank you for making the process simple and manageable.

At a time of such grief after losing my husband so suddenly I couldn't have wished for a better funeral. Kaylee was totally empathetic and sympathetic and explained everything in great detail. All options were explained and I opted for the tailor made plan. The service itself was beautifully done. Joanna, the Celebrant was excellent and covered every aspect of Alan's life. The music we chose was played, Order of Service prepared beautifully and photos added. All the mourners said what a lovely service it was. So grateful to Kaylee for being there for us all, even for the viewing. Many thanks

We were looked after by Kaylee at Teddington Funeralcare. We could not have asked for a better service. From the moment we met, I was reassured. She was fantastic, her attention to detail and her compassionate manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was organised to perfection, a real personal service. On the day of the funeral, Peter and his team were excellent too. I would 100% recommend Teddington Funeralcare . Thank you !

Excellent service throughout! 
From the serene & respectful Jeff & George who collected my dear husband from our home to the guy (sorry no name) who took delivery of our decorated cardboard coffin and of course to Darren & co. who calmed and efficiently assisted on the day. 
And special thanks to Caroline in the Teddington office who has been kind & supportive, arranging 2 funeral for us over the last difficult year. 
Everyone is so kind,  considerate but make it all so easy and our very intimate personal farewell was exactly as we wanted.
I definitely recommend them.

Only wanted money, made to feel like direct cremation option was a sign of disrespect to my dead mother. Never in the office or returning calls. When ashes delivered at wrong time driver offered to leave them behind the bin while he got to his next job. Endless list of unprofessional behaviour. Do not use the amateurs at the Teddington branch.

Ann, in Teddington, was friendly and efficient in organising everything for us and on the day Leo and his team were professional and prompt. Nice not to have to worry about things. Shame the crematorium put in a wrong piece of music. Thanks, Charles.

The staff at the Funeral Home were very helpful and dealt with all matters quickly and efficiently. On the day, the Funeral staff were attentive and explained what needed to be done with clarity.

Overall I felt the Teddington branch of the co-op funeral care organization were very good indeed.
