From the initial contact, we had first class service from all, Tony, listened to our complicated requirments. As this involved transferring my father from Dover to Hoylake. He explained how this could be achieved and expanded on the further support. We met with Diane & Bernie, who went in to the details for the funeral, they knew all the local contacts and removed any concerns we had. We mentioned dad's army background and Bernie suggested a flag for the coffin and a regimental bugler for the last post. The day went extremely well.
The team took the pressure from us and organised the funeral around our needs.
First class service from a first class team.

Hoylake Funeralcare handled my Dad's funeral with care and attention. The team were excellent and I got the impression from the very first phone call that they were going to make sure everything went to plan. Our family feels great gratitude for the support we experienced from all of the team at Hoylake Co-operative funeral service , enabling us to put together a service that we know would have meant such a lot to our late mother. The organisation of the funeral itself was impeccable, and in its preparation it was important to feel such complete confidence in the arrangements each step of the way. We were not let down in any detail and felt that the whole event was in good, safe and experienced hands.
