I was absolutely dreading the day as I had never arranged a funeral before in my life. But from the start of the procedure it was a massive relief, talking first to Amy who guided us through the whole event to Dave who was so respectful and courteous as were the gentleman who assisted on the day, I couldn’t praise them enough, sincere thanks to Abby Amy Dave and gentlemen. We would thoroughly recommend you services to everyone. There was laughter tears and hugs 🤗 if it can be said a wonderful send off for a loving sister. Truly excellent Staff in Liscard Road.

The co op funeral service is second to non , from the moment we walked into the shop we were taken care of .
I can't praise them enough nor find the words to explain how they made us feel .
They gave us 100% care to make the smallest thing important, possible, .

I am pleased to report that the whole process from start to finish was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. In the office Amy and Abby offered us respectful support and advice, looking after the administration of Mum's funeral. Our wishes were followed to the letter.
Jeanette, the celebrant visited us and took plenty of notes and was committed to delivering the kind of service mum wanted. She even took the time to read my mother's autobiography in its entirety before the day. On the day her words were perfect - appropriate and respectful.
Dave and Ron (who took charge of the Hearse and Limo on the day) were so helpful. They even did a slow drive by mum's care home where a 'guard of honour flanked both sides of the road). In addition, Dave had kindly phoned me before the day to check how I was and to finalise the time schedule for the day. There were other Co-op staff there on the day acting as Pall-bearers. They too offered an impeccable service. I am sorry I didn't get their names.
In addition to all of this, I submitted my ideas for the layout of the booklet we were having printed for the service. This was followed precisely and with no fuss.
Despite it being a sad occasion, we are pleased to say that the standards of excellence set by Liscard Co-op were impressive and helped make everything go smoothly. Highly recommended. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everyone from start to finish was very helpful and considerate. As a professional arranging a funeral for a client tAbbey and Amy at the office are very helpful, warm and considerate in helping me nnavigate the arrangements , speaking with a family member, helping select music and flowers and the Funeral Director and attendees on the day were excellent.
