Whilst taking care of my dad (John Sumner) your colleagues at co-op in st helens especially Kelly really looked after my dad and the family from sorting the funeral arrangements to caring for me dad when in there care to the day of the funeral which again was really well arranged would highly recommend co-op St Helens

My mum planned her funeral four years ago and got a plan out with coop, I can’t thank the staff enough in the St. Helens branch, Charlene, Marion and Kelly. They made sure my mum was perfectly dressed as I wanted and even applied her nail polish. I didn’t see my mum personally but I asked my siblings and they said she didn’t look any different from when she was alive. I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for helping us through such a bad heartache in our lives as my mum was only 54.

Co Op funeral care St Helens have been a great support to us during this difficult time, nothing has been to much for them, they have kept us informed about every process. Staff are really friendly and helpful, shown empathy and always listened, they went above and beyond to make sure my dad had the send off we we wanted for him.

Thank you for the compassion shown to my family during this difficult time arranging my mums funeral. Charleen took us under her wing and the help she gave us was second to none. She made it very personal, she knew my mum from when she was in the community police and had lovely anecdotes about her to tell us which made us laugh. Andrew the funeral director made the day of mums funeral go without a hitch, his professionalism and those of the the other gentlemen made mums day a special celebration of her life.
