My decision too use the company for my late mothers funeral was based on merit and word of mouth through many many years an initial disappointment was time too the crematorium this discomfort may be to all directors howsoever the care from your team was good and family enjoyed the service and guidance. through so thankyou yours Edmund james Cummings.

I was very satisfied with the service from the phone call right through to the day of my dad’s funeral. 
He was very professional , showed a lot of empathy and can’t thank you enough for making the sad and unavoidable day run as well as it did . 
I asked if the hurst could be reversed in to my dad’s driveway and that wasn’t a problem at all , so I thank you so so much .

For 3 days before the dads funeral i’d been trying to see him I rang every day I kept being told somebody would ring me nobody ever did it took a friend of mine to contact the branch before I got any response. I had no idea where my dad was I finally got to see him at 3pm the day before the funeral it added to my stress levels and made me feel like my dad wasn’t mine. I got no apology from the branch

Charlene from the St.Helens branch of Co op funeral care was professional , compassionate and nothing was too much trouble for her whilst my mum was in her care. The service for my mum was absolutely perfect and for us as a family we couldn't gave asked for any more. The service we received was excellent. It was the first time I had organised a funeral and the deceased was a friend. We were treated with courtesy and patience and never felt pressurised. I cannot fault the co op funeral services.
I used them for my dads funeral and because of the excellent service I've just used them again for my aunts funeral
From start to finish they have been empathetic support and guided me through the process . They go above and beyond to help.
