Louise , Chris and John looked after me ,preparing for my husband’s funeral. I can’t praise them enough, they were so professional but at the same time so very caring. Would highly recommend them . These are the type of people you need when dealing with such a difficult time . Thank you all .

I would like to thank Louise, Chris, Kelly and Pam for their outstanding kindness to me whilst arranging my mums funeral. They thought of everything and eased any anxieties I had. I did not feel alone during this difficult time and don’t know what I would have done without them. It was a comfort to know they were looking after my mum and I can’t thank the whole team enough.

Unfortunately we had to have the coffin changed on the day of the funeral due to the shoddy workmanship of the first one, also there was no nameplate on it, and order of service had to be changed Three times due to mistakes and still final copy had a mistake,yours dissatisfied. Brian.

The whole group who looked after us, gave the caring and consideration these hard times need, Louise was so understanding and excited at our take on how to send my dad off, which spurred me on to do the best I could. Andy, took time to make sure we all had exactly what we needed to give my dad a trip to his service worthy of his life and lifestyle, even if a few holes in the road got in the way, Andy made it work. I couldn't thank you enough. Fabulous all the way xxx

Very caring staff. Mum’s funeral was paid via a funeral plan, everything went smoothly and her wishes were met.  My only concern was the celebrant who only contacted me via phone once, didn’t seem very compassionate or helpful therefore I made a complaint to Louise and Mark who have dealt with the matter promptly.

The service was amazing from start to finish.Sophie and Elaine were so caring and compationate whenever I telephoned or visited them. Sian also deserves a special mention. I was unsure about whether to visit my mum at the funeral parlour but following my brother and my sons visits I did. My mum Audrey looked really good and at peace. Would highly recommend this service xx

The team were amazing from the first phone call I made to the organisation and the day of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for us as a family. R McDougall (Co-op) really looked after our family well, there was nothing I could fault. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful, adding personal touches that made the service beautiful. My dad was cared for perfectly until the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The services overall were excellent - would highly recommend them. Everything was perfect at the church and the crematorium - special mention for Sophie. She made the difficult process so much easier with her friendly and caring attention.
