I had an excellent Service from Pearson Collinson Funeralcare. Liverpool
I couldn't wish for a better Service .
My Care Organiser / Helper was Vicky .. . I was very reliant on her for help and guidance, more so as I live a long way from Liverpool in Cardiff.
I found Vicky to be very professional,as well as friendly, kind and helpful, and I wish to thank her wholeheartedly for all she has done .
When we met face to face she made my husband and I feel very much at ease and she was very reassuring as I was a bit over anxious and overwhelmed due to the circumstances.
I wish to thank Sharon as she was very helpful and spoke to me if at any time Vicky was unavailable ..
I also wish to thank John who picked the family up in the Limousine. He is a really nice helpful and very genuine person..
I was unable to scatter my Sister's ashes and I thank Pearson Collinson for agreeing to scatter it in the garden of remembrance .

After losing our Dad so suddenly,and then finding out that Dad's wishes to use the family Funeral Directors were not an option as they were unable to have him in their chapel due to building works , we were left somewhat lost having to find an alternative for our precious Dad. From the get go John was like an Angel sent to us. We could not have asked or wished for anyone else to care for our Dad and us. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience very special, personal and just wonderful. He was generous with his time and genuine compassion. He not only took great care of our Dad but of us too. I do believe things happen for a reason and I could not have wished for anyone else to be with us on our journey and caring for our Dad. He is an absolute credit to the Company.

Sharon, Mark and all the staff were professional, caring, patient and compassionate. My Dad left some specific instructions regarding his funeral. These were followed to the letter. Indeed, nothing was too much trouble.
My Dad as asked for Pearson Collinson to take care of him as they had both his parents, some 30 and 22 years ago.
The traditions have been wonderfully continued.

Special thanks to Sharon, Bernie and John. (However, all people I interacted with were very helpful, respectful and professional.)
The team really helped to reduce the stress at such a sad time.
They sorted the notice in the Echo, booked the chosen songs and the flowers and the cremation time.
Information provided was accurate and contact with me was timely and always helpful.
The eulogy (arranged from information I provided) was well written and delivered with feeling.

The staff are very professional and patient. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything . 

They made a very difficult time for us more bearable and we felt they also have a personal touch too from the minute they collected my husband from home to the minute they dropped us at his life celebration gathering . Sharon and John I feel require a special mention as they both looked after my husband and us as a family so well .
Would highly recommend to any family who unfortunately find themselves in need of this service .

The service recieved from Pearson Collinson Funeralcare has been truly exceptional. From our initial chat to collecting Dads ashes, Sharon and John have been amazing. Having never been in a situation where i have required a funeral directors before, and not knowing where to start, they have both taken the time to explain the processes, helped make decisions and given advice, not to mention looked after dad with love and care whilst he rested in their care. I highly reccomend Pearson Collinson, they have made such a heartbreaking task as pleasant as it could possibly be.
