Every member of the staff were fantastic from the start when I was asking about sorting out a funeral for my brother on his behalf, then when he passed away. A simple phone call was made as he was collected from the care home. Via phone a convenient appointment was booked. My bother and I didn't have a clue about organizing a funeral but the staff asked the appropriate questions giving suggestions when needed. A final call was made going through exactly what was going to happen, times, route, how long would it take, was I worried about anything which I was, I was anxious about what if a particular situation happened, the member of staff listened to my worries she supported me a total stranger helped me what if this or that happened. I have already told everyone about the co-op funeral on how thorough they dealt with my brothers funeral. Keep up the fantastic job to every person who works their.

Louise who is based at netherton funeral care, was fantastic, she really went above & beyond to help make sure, we gave our dad the best possible send off. Nothing was too much trouble, despite us changing our minds a few times, she sorted it all out. Joanne the funeral director was great as well making sure we was happy with all the arrangements for the day of the funeral, & then making sure it all went to plan on the day. I would highly recommend this company

From my first phone call they ere able to locate the plan and for-fill her wishes with the upmost care and dignity
Any Qs I had were handled immediately with care and empathy

I cannot recommend this funeral directors highly enough. The care and support shown throughout an extremely tough and upsetting time was outstanding. My sister and I were so impressed with everything they done for us and were touched by the personal additions by the staff. Thank you to all involved.
