The service I received was absolutely wonderful.  The team made a very difficult situation easier to deal with.  They were so friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble.  On the day we was treated with such compassion and care.  Special thanks to Lyn, Kelly and Pam.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First class team from the very first meeting. Professional,caring,helpful nothing was to much trouble even when we changed our minds over decisions we had already made. They stayed late at the shop so we could see mum as she came to rest there. I would highly recommend the kirkby team. The shop itself is immaculately clean and inviting, which put all my fears at ease. Mum's funeral was not a job, it came from their hearts, so thank you all so much.

Everything was done just how I asked for to be done. 
Lynne in the Kirkby office was very good
I was kept up to date from day one.
I am pleased I used the co op this is the 4 time we have used them.
I was not impressed with the call centre but I still went with them for  the personal service you receive
