From beginning to end the staff at Kirkby Co op funeral services were really kind, caring and compassionate making it very easy to make the right decisions and carried out the funeral flawlessly,I would recommend without reservation.

The service provided by Co-Op was perfect. The only negative was that the estimated price for their services was out by 25% which seemed quite a difference for a company who must be pricing similar requirements on a daily basis. However, I have no complaints about the service provided by Pam and her team.

The service we received was outstanding. We were treated with compassion and respect from start to finish. Pam was amazing and went through everything we needed to do. Nothing was a bother to her, the same went for Lynn in the office and the drivers on the day. We were more than happy with our experience with the co-op and would certainly recommend their services.
Thankyou so very much for all your kindness shown during our sad loss.

When you are facing a really upsetting time - to have such amazing people like Lynn & Mark to guide you through & make it all so easy to sort out. It was the service & attention we needed. My dealings with your Guide and Organiser was excellent, so helpful for guidance and explanation of the necessary options available to me and was clear on costings etc., Throughout the whole arrangement she was patient and respectful.
