From visiting Shirley at the funeral parlour to on the day of the funeral. Everyone made us feel at ease at this sad time. I have used Albins before and they work in a very professional and compassionate manner. Can not fault them. Shirley guided us through making the arrangements with kindness and sensitivity; on the day, Steven and his team made sure that everything proceeded respectfully and with dignity. This was the third time we have used Albins. Each time they have treated us with such care. Nothing is too much for them. Our Mum was taken care of so very well, with dignity and respect. The whole funeral service was beautiful and the team could not do enough for you. It made the entire situation a little more bearable. Any questions we had, were answered promptly and explained very well. Shirley was wonderful when discussing all the arrangements with us from the very beginning. Thank you all.

F A Albin and Sons  where excellent.
From start to end.  Very attentive to your personal needs.  I was very anxious and afraid with the loss of My mum as this has  been the greatest loss of all!  But they made me feel part of their family treated my family and mum with dignity and honour.  From difficult and heart breaking process to help her part this world with dignity.  Just beautiful!   And on the day of her parting it was just outstanding.  Like a warm blanket. There caring nature and  respectfulness they showed Mum simply  beautiful!  Great Memory I now have No
fault just truly beautiful.  I have told my family that I wish to be helped by F .A .Albins  when I depart .  After that day a lot of family friends asked about the Funeral director’s used.  They also were impressed!

The service which Albins give is as excellent as you’d like it to be.  The compassion in which they serve you with, from the moment they turn up at your door to take away your loved one to the very last moment of the funeral, it’s all handled with precisely the right amount of friendliness without being too familiar.  Experts in dealing with the grieving family I personally could not fault this family run business one bit.

I cannot thank Shirley and Albins enough for the service they provided. My mother had a funeral which was beyond my expectations simply because of Albins. All the worry and stress was taken away. Albins organised everything. The dreaded day of the funeral arrived but the sight of the hearse and limos with immaculate drivers and red carpets was a show-stopper. The Funeral Conductor Danny and the drivers were so professional, immaculate, supportive and friendly; it was unbelievable. The heavenly voice of Jay Britton and wonderful organist David, was shear perfection. The whole occasion went beautifully and smoothly. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the service was from Albins, saying it was the best funeral they have ever attended. They make you, your family and guests feel so special. Albins provided a beautiful Memory Box, which contained a Book of Condolence for the guests to write in. Nothing was too much for them. Thank you Shirley and Albins. There is absolutely no comparison with any other company.

Amazing service from start to finish. Couldn't of asked for a better funeral director for my dad. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Very impressed with how they looked after my dad and how he's funeral was conducted.. Shirley was amazing makes you feel very welcome makes the whole process easier to deal with can't thank you all enough. So glad my dad had the best for he's final send off.

Albins have been absolutely brilliant. They take care of everything, Shirley at Walworth Branch is fantastic, I had a last minute problem with the order of service booklets, she told me to come to the branch, we went through it together and by 4pm I was looking at a proof copy, all sorted, my stress levels gone, marvellous. The guys on the funeral day were brilliant, so professional and so caring. Why have Pepsi when you can have the best champagne, Albins is the Champagne.

I cant thank Albins enough, especially Shirley the manager of the Walworth branch.... Iv had the unfortunate task of burying 2 loved ones in 3 months, & Albins & Shirley in particular have gone beyond to ensure a sad day went snoothly & was as perfect as could be in the circumstances, In event of another sad occasion I would only use Albins, 100% Fantastic service and value for money.
