Sir/Madam…the funeral on the day went off with out a hitch, Adam the funeral Director was very good.
However I was not impressed to be told that the coffin that we ordered was not available, two days before the funeral. 
Throughout the process on correspondence my name was wrong and my friend who’s funeral it was also. One email was addressed to me saying ‘Hello Philip’ (the deceased!!!) here is the details of Philips funeral, with the wrong middle name. That is unacceptable. The order of service needed two re-writes with a set being printed before being approved with errors including the wrong date! The book of remembrance  was also wrong, in that it was called a book of condolence, which is not what we agreed. All of this did make a stressful situation even more difficult.

Took over 6 weeks to complete, kept asking for information already provided, couldn't co-ordinate with hospital or registrar themselves, case number constantly changing, huge gaps in communication... All in all a worse service than I could ever have expected
