We recently used Co-op Funeralcare, Clapton to arrange my mum’s funeral.  The service we received was excellent.  Sam was so understanding and really helped us through it all.  My mum had asked for bright colours to be worn and Adam and the guys all wore yellow ties which we really appreciated.  Thank you all so much for making sure everything went smoothly.

Very good service from the beginning, very understanding, helpful and professional. We were fully Involved in all decisions made.

Samantha went above and beyond in dealing with many things on our behalf during this difficult time as we paid our last respect our Mother.

On the day of the funeral the Craig and staff were professional and courteous. We were informed and guided at every step throughout at the church and interment. We would highly recommend Clapton Co Operative Branch.

We cannot thank them enough for the service received. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service and detailed explanation of the arrangements for the funeral and the various options available. The support, care and understanding provided during a particularly hard and emotional time was outstanding. I dealt with two Co-op branches (Clapton in London, and North Shields) as the funeral took place in a different part of the country to where my partner passed away. The coordination between the branches was excellent and everything went smoothly. Thank you to Samantha at the Clapton branch and to the team in North Shields.
