Sebastian and his team of drivers on the day of the funeral were superb. The offices are severely understaffed hence the 3 stars. On trying arrange the funeral we didn't receive an uninterrupted one to one which all bereaved families deserve as there was only one person to assist us, answer the constant phone calls and the door, assist another family who'd come to view their relative in the Chapel of rest and to move coffins. It made an awful situation worse. Although, the poor lady did her absolute best. The staff were fabulous, CoOp, not so much, the business needs to take better care of their staff especially as they have such good people doing the customer facing roles

Plaque inscribed incorrectly, branch closed on week of funeral, not informed about this until Friday before closer, calls directed to call center with shockingly poor service, no note on door advising branch closed, no instructions for florist deliveries, went to collect ashes the following Tuesday, found flowers meant for the cremation lying on floor of branch, cannot thank people for sending flowers as I will don't know how many failed to arrive, branch "manager" unconcerned throughout just kept repeating " oh yes, I would be upset if it was me" truly shocking and painful experience
