Exceptional service!
Everyone was very polite, respectful and sensitive to our feelings. The funeral director went above and beyond to ensure our wishes as a family were met. He was very knowledgeable and provide constructive advice. It is a comfort to know your loved one is in safe hands. I would personally recommend. 5 star service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

C.J Reilly was the epitome of kindness, courtesy and respect when helping me to arrange my brother's funeral.
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, it did not matter that at times I was a sobbing wreck and could barely speak coherently.
Chris Reilly just knew what to do and say at these times and brought the whole thing together beautifully.
My brother was a lapsed Catholic and despite my arranging for him to receive the last rites in hospital he was adamant he did not want a Catholic funeral. Chris helped me again by introducing celebrant Ms Jo Napthine, who was wonderful. She came to my home one morning for a friendly informal chat about my brother and the kind, detailed and humorous service she delivered was remarkable. She also organised and printed the order of service
cards for me, and as we were an exceedingly small group and the expense for this service was very obliging.
No one wants the responsibility of organising a funeral. As well as the grief and sadness being felt there is also the extended family to contend with and at times everyone wants a say in just how things should be done, the way they want them done.
Chris negated all that worry and turmoil and making a sad and difficult time tolerable. I will be forever grateful and thankful.
I have no hesitation in saying I do not believe you could put your trust in a finer person or company if you are ever faced with the sad task I have recently dealt with.
For clarity I should say before settling with CJ Reilly I had approached a multinational funeral company that I had dealt with before but found them to be very unhelpful in accommodating our requests.
However, CJ Reilly dealt with everything from my initial phone call to the final service professionally, kindly and with the utmost courtesy and respect. I cannot thank them enough nor recommended them highly enough.

It was my first time dealing with the death of a loved one and it was under difficult circumstances, this journey was made so much easier by all the staff I was in touch with. My father's body had to be repatriated back to Zimbabwe. All the staff were very helpful and gave me assurance that everything would be fine. I was always given updates on every step undertaken. once again the service was five star.
