Even Though there was only 12 people at my late Aunt's Funeral, the attention to detail, and just the other small things Chris and his team did on the day, to make it such a lovely send off for my Aunt was so nice and well received by everyone in attendance. there isn't enough praises I can give to this funeral home, they have been fantastic from the first phone call put my mind at ease at such a sad and difficult time in our lives. At the beginning I had no clue who to turn to, I phoned so many different funeral services including big companies unfortunally they didn't seem interested or show any empathy, some of them said they will get back to me with a quote and they never did I had to then phone them only for them to tell me they couldn't find any info I had send them.
when you are going through such a hard time as a family the only thing you need is somebody to lend you a helping hand to get you through it, and that is exactly what I found with C.J Reilly Funeral Services, they helped and guided me through the whole thing, but the main thing I am so grateful for is the empathy they showed and the kind words they offered our family from the beginning to the end.
So thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to everyone at C.J Reilly for all the help and fantastic service they provided for our family, especially for Hayley who I spend a lot of time talking on the phone with and her lovely dad who I finally met the day of the funeral what a fantastic gentleman he is.

Any loss is devastating but no one could have cared for our mother more after her death than Chris and the family. The sensitivity and kindness shown to our family was incredible and the help in arranging a celebration of our Mum’s wonderful life was full of love and compassion.

Honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. The whole team arranged everything down the smallest detail, everyone at the service complimented how well everything was organised.made recommendations for minister Sacha who was absolutely fantastic. A florist for the flowers which were also fantastic. I would like to thank Chris, Hayley and the team for gibbing uncle Jimmy the best send off we could have hoped for ❤️❤️❤️

The sudden death of my dear late mother came as a shock to many of us. Feeling such grief, it was a relief to use the services of C.J. Reilly Funeral Services. No request made was too much for them. My family of 4 generations, many who had very different requests, were met with respect and each stage was explained throughly. The video of music and photos was changed to meet the younger members requests. My daughter was allowed access to personally vanish her grandmothers nails as she did each week. A first viewing at a funeral home for another granddaughter, was treated with extra care and compassion, always taking into consideration her age and even assuring the coffin was not seen. The lengths that this company went to was unbelievable. When the Church where the service was held announced that there was a possible problem with the C.D.player, the office staff at the funeral directors informed us not to worry, they carried a player just in case of emergency! They just seemed to have every area covered so well. The car drivers were so courteous and helped the elderly attendees around them. Not once did any member of my  family feel that any question asked was not replied to, in a professional and caring manner. I understand this is a family run business, maybe this is why the level of care, consideration, empathy and professionalism was so high. I wish the Reilly family the very best of luck for their future and will certainly highly recommend their services to others.

All of the staff at C J Reilly went out of their way to assist us at a very difficult time. They were extremely kind, courteous and incredibly helpful - with guidance, information and support. 
They guided us through all the arrangements, dealt with third parties on our behalf and everything  went perfectly on the day of the funeral. We could not have asked for more. 
This is the second time we have been supported by the lovely team here and we are extremely grateful to them.
