I was so impressed with the compassion and professionalism of everyone on the team . They were very supportive and offered good advice and a listening ear . They were very mindful of our family circumstances and I appreciated the care they took with my family member. I felt very confident in them all which was important because family logistics meant I was solely responsible for organising our funeral on everyone’s behalf . Really grateful to them all for easing my worries and making the load lighter.
