The Co-operative let me down badly, this was going on for two weeks so I transferred to John Nodes and they sorted everything within an hour. Great service, fabulous team, nothing was too much trouble.

The service l received was excellent Michelle was kind, helpful and most of all understanding. I have to say all the staff was kind and friendly. I found that if I needed help with anything at this very emotional time Michelle was willing to help or if I was upset about something she was there with some kind words. My experience is something that I cannot complain about, keep up the good work.
