The service we received from Marc and Lisa was exceptional. They were both very kind ,caring and nothing was too much trouble. This made a everything so stress free at a difficult time for our family.
The day of the funeral went perfectly well and there was nothing we would have done differently to give Margaret (Grandma) a extremely fitting send off.
The Scottish Piper Cliff was very good . Thanks to Lisa for finding him.
Marc and Lisa were extremely professional and really looked after us making us feel comfortable and at ease while booking the funeral and making all the arrangements.
We would like to wish Lisa all the very best with the rest of her training and know she will be an excellent Funeral Arranger.

We were treated with kindness, compassion and respect from Marc and the team throughout the complete journey. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained clearly to myself and my late husband’s adult children. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more.
On the day Jake and the team were perfect, absolute kindness and respect from them all. I cannot thank everyone enough for all that they have done for us, and for my late husband.

Words cannot do justice to the way the celebration of Mum's life went, not only on the day, but also the arrangements leading up to her funeral plus the aftercare. I am so very pleased with the service that Marc at Co-op Funeral care in Sidcup provided for my Mums farewell. I have therefore rated them as excellent in their survey. The main consideration was because I was 150 miles away from Sidcup. Everything was covered so professionally and the day went off faultlessly in every way. My Mum would have been very pleased.

I therefore have NO problem in recommending Co-op Funeral Care.

The funeral preparation and the actual day were handled beautifully, efficiently and in accordance with our wishes.

The only thing I will say only for further information is we were told that there would be cards arriving with the flowers we had ordered for us to write on the day. There was not any. This was fine for us we did not mind but just for future occasions.

Having had a good experience of Co-op Funeral Care (Dartford) after my father-in-law passed away, we decided to use Co-op Funeral Care again. We were not disappointed. Marc Hatley at Sidcup provided an excellent service throughout. He explained the process, maintained a sympathetic and respectful manner throughout and kept us informed at every stage. The Celebrant he put us in touch with also provided an excellent service. He took time to find out exactly what we wanted, delivered a beautiful Eulogy and conducted the service with warmth and professionalism.

We also valued the care taken to provide a high quality invitation and order of service and would like to mention the Funeral Director and his team on the day of the funeral for their care and attention.

A sad and difficult time was made easier with the efforts of all those involved and we would recommend Co-op Funeral Care without reserve.

From when I first approached his office to handle my Mum's funeral to the day of the funeral itself I was impressed by his attentiveness and attention to detail. The funeral of John David Dale was conducted with the upmost care, compassion and dignity. The funeral was the perfect tribute to John and his family. Every detail was perfect and the day ran so smoothly, which was because of the excellent care we received from Marc Hayley Funeral Director.
