    I feel that there was poor communication as I had to approach funeral directors to find out if my Dad had even been collected from hospital so we could see him. This was 10 days after his death. I was also not happy with the celebrant they chose who we all felt that she was all about her needs and even got his name completely wrong in an email she sent.
