Danny who was our funeral director on the day was excellent and professional in every way , so kind and compassionate. But unfortunately, Julia who I spoke to over the phone got totally confused , when I said myself and my 2 sons would meet the funeral cars a Hendon Cemetery- she told my dads wife that I had cancelled the cars which I never would have , causing my dads wife to be very angry *** and spiteful to me on the day , it caused me unnecessary pain.
