From start to finish the service we received was amazing. Athena was amazing at all our meetings and couldn’t do enough for us. She went above and beyond any expectation we had. 

The day itself ran perfectly and Joe and the team were brilliant, always on hand to help and Athena was brilliant on the day too, keeping us up to date with what was happening and keeping us calm. 

100% would recommend for anyone needed to plan a funeral ❤️

After paying for a direct cremation, we had to physically go into the office to find out when the cremation would be . We were told that they had it got the body as they were not given the correct paperwork. Again another visit to find out the date and after that visit no communication to confirm the cremation has actually taken place. For all we may know, her body may still be in the hospital !

Wendy dealt with me all the time and was fantastic helping me through this sad time. I felt as though everything was done as I and the family wanted and an awkward moment from a family member was handled with care. On an occasion like this you need someone to make things as easy as possible and I'd like to thank Jane for doing just that. She took so much worry off myself and family.
