They did a fantastic job it was the first time I had ever seen a undertaker come and bow when the curtains close and to stay around till we where ready to leave it had been a long time in getting my mum cremated but she had been so helpful and kind from when she first collected my mum and before she knew they had got the job they made me feel so important and they where so helpful to me I would recommend the co-op to anyone want this service
